2. Service Usage Rules & Account Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings: Fares are estimated at the time of booking and may be subject to changes based on actual route, tolls, and wait times.
• Cancellations: You may cancel a booking at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply if a driver has already been dispatched and is en route.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. Driver & Passenger Conduct

We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users. Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any violation of conduct, including harassment, damage to property, or inappropriate behavior, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wayfare acts solely as a platform to connect passengers with drivers. We do not guarantee the availability of rides at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayfare shall not be liable for:

• Delay times due to traffic, weather, or routing issues.
• Actions, omissions, or conduct of third-party drivers or other service providers.
• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical malfunctions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
